Bloomberg Businessweek is catching heat for publishing a cover that fair housing advocates see as stereotypical, offensive, and wrong, as many of the victims of predatory lending are people of color. But to go with our theme of the day and to look at full context, it’s worth noting that the artist, Luis Guzman, just wanted to draw more cats.

I slipped in my lovely cat, Boo which was my favorite part.
Too bad I wasn’t asked to draw large quantities of cats.
Drawing dollars was a drag.
